Bethel High-School (Lesotho)

Bethel High-School – Bethel High School (BHS) is a rural high school, drawing students from many villages and towns in the Phamong region of Lesotho. They run a diesel generator on fuel subsidized by the Lesotho Ministry of Education to power a small computer lab for their students for approximately four hours each day. Most students are housed in dormitories at the high school with little access to hot water, even during winters where temperatures drop significantly below freezing. STG’s system was installed in 2007 at BHS to provide hot water for the girls’ dormitory; due to turnover in management at the school, the system was decommissioned in late 2008.
