Eckerd College

Eckerd College is a undergraduate liberal arts college at the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg, Florida.  Eckerd challenges students to think outside conventional questions, methods, and solutions, seeking to build a better world, and STG has had the opportunity to work with Eckerd students through a range of volunteer programs, opportunities, and course modules.  In addition, Eckerd has generously hosted STG’s test solar ORC facility since 2010 as a platform for sustainable energy generation and education, and we continue to build upon this infrastructure to find ways to enhance both technical and non-technical (e.g., international development) education in the Tampa Metro area.
